Classwork
Classwork is any work that is assigned and expected to be returned before class is over on the day it is given.
It may consist of journals, worksheets, group and individual activities, and quizzes.
It will account for 25% of student’s grade.
 
Notebooks / Projects / Participation
Students will be expected to keep a class notebook in which he/she will keep notes given by teacher.
Students will also be assigned projects throughout the year and will be given time to work on these in class and at home. Notebooks, projects, and class participation will account for 25% of student’s grade.
 
Tests
Tests will be given weekly on Fridays unless notified otherwise.
Tests will account for 50% of your grade.

Expectations 
Complete assignments on time.

Missed Work
Complete any missed work in a timely manner. 
(Students will have five (5) days to make up work after returning from an absence.)
If makeup work is not completed, the grade will be recorded as a zero.
It is the student's responsibility to ask the teacher for missed work.
 
Report cards will be sent home every 9 weeks.
